I would like to tell Cushions and Umbrellas what a fine company I think they are. I have had two experiences ordering from them and both have been stellar. Your customer service is unmatched in a very mediocre [at best] world for customer service-every question I have asked has been answered in a timely,polite and friendly fashion and my questions have been treated seriously and I have never been made to feel that they are inconvenient. The company has gone out of its way to look after my happiness and satisfaction as a customer and my merchandise has arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition-I am impressed with the quality of what they produce and am currently waiting for my chaise cushions to be completed. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and close friends or anyone, for that matter. I am your most enthusiastic customer-you are a treasure in today’s’ business environment.
